Word Search User Agreement

Welcome to Word Search! Please read and understand this User Agreement before use.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   Welcome to Word Search! This app is developed and maintained by Suzhou Haoqiu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). Before you start using the Word Search app and its services, please read and understand this User Agreement ("Agreement"). By downloading, installing, or using Word Search, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Service Description
   Word Search aims to analyze users' focus data to help them focus better on study, self-discipline, and more. We provide data analysis, trend analysis, and related services.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
   Protecting user privacy is our top priority. Word Search stores your personal account data, such as nickname and avatar, in order to provide services. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and Word Search will not disclose any sensitive information.
4. Acceptable Use
   Users should use Word Search services legally and compliantly, and must not use the services for any illegal or unethical activities. For any violation of laws, regulations, or this Agreement, we may take appropriate measures, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating your access to the services.
5. Intellectual Property
   All content and services of Word Search, including but not limited to text, images, software, trademarks, and copyrights, belong to us or our licensors. Without our explicit written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use these content and services.
6. Disclaimer
   The services provided by Word Search are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee continuity, timeliness, security, or error-free operation of the services.
7. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall Word Search and its developers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Amendments and Changes
   We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be announced through the Word Search app or the official website. Continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court at the registered location of Word Search.
10. Final Interpretation
    The developer reserves the final right of interpretation of this Agreement.
