GrowPhotos User Agreement

Welcome to GrowPhotos! Please read and understand this User Agreement before use.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   Welcome to GrowPhotos! This app is developed and maintained by Suzhou Haoqiu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). Before you start using the GrowPhotos app and its services, please read and understand this User Agreement ("Agreement"). By downloading, installing, or using GrowPhotos, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Service Description
   GrowPhotos is designed to help users manage baby photos, organize albums, and provide on-device photo recognition and categorization features. Photo recognition and organization are primarily completed locally on your device, and we do not upload your original photo content.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
   Protecting user privacy is our top priority. GrowPhotos only processes basic account information, a user ID (UUID), and locally authorized album access when necessary to provide services. The user ID (UUID) is primarily used for statistics and data analysis. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and your photo content is processed locally by default and is not uploaded for cloud-based recognition.
4. Acceptable Use
   Users should use GrowPhotos services legally and compliantly, and must not use the services for any illegal or unethical activities. For any violation of laws, regulations, or this Agreement, we may take appropriate measures, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating your access to the services.
5. Intellectual Property
   All content and services of GrowPhotos, including but not limited to text, images, software, trademarks, and copyrights, belong to us or our licensors. Without our explicit written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use these content and services.
6. Disclaimer
   The services provided by GrowPhotos are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee continuity, timeliness, security, or error-free operation of the services.
7. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall GrowPhotos and its developers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Amendments and Changes
   We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be announced through the GrowPhotos app or the official website. Continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court at the registered location of GrowPhotos.
10. Final Interpretation
    The developer reserves the final right of interpretation of this Agreement.
